TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

By purchasing The Crucible (the “Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by this agreement.

2. Program Overview

The Crucible is a 90-day digital program hosted on the Kajabi platform. It includes pre-recorded lessons, downloadable materials, and access to a private community (optional). Lifetime access applies to the current version and all future updates for as long as the course is live and hosted on the Kajabi platform.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full program fee as listed at the point of sale. Payment must be completed before access is granted. All fees are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Guarantee & Refund Policy

The Crucible Commitment:
If you complete all modules, listen to every lesson, and complete all exercises as outlined in the Field Guide, and you do not experience a measurable shift in clarity, presence, or discipline, Ezra Phoenix will personally schedule a one-on-one session to review your progress.

Conditions:

  • Proof of completion is required for this review (e.g., screenshots, task logs).

  • This is not a money-back guarantee unless, after the review session, it is clear that full compliance occurred and no progress was made.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of completing all 90 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Program—including videos, audio, written materials, and community content—is the intellectual property of Ezra Phoenix.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any Program materials. Unauthorised use will result in termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Community Standards

Participation in The Crucible Inner Circle group (if applicable) requires mutual respect.

    • No harassment, abuse, or derogatory language will be tolerated.

    • No sharing of offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

    • You must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided within the program.

    We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program and/or the community group at our sole discretion if these standards are breached or if your behaviour disrupts the experience for others. No refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep any information shared by other participants within the community strictly confidential.

8. Disclaimer

The Crucible is a personal development program and does not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. Results may vary. You are responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes. It will work but you have to commit to it fully. It's ready when you are.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ezra Phoenix and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your participation in the Program. You are responsible for the choices you make in life, in your decision to participate, and any repercussions which may arsie as a result, relational, reputational, financial or otherwise.

10. Testimonial Release Clause

By submitting any testimonial, whether written, audio, or video, you grant Ezra Phoenix and FYP Press full, perpetual, and royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your testimonial across any platform or medium, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, courses, and promotional content.

You agree that your testimonial may be used with your first name and general reference to your role or identity (e.g., “James, father of three” or “Anonymous, UK”) unless otherwise requested in writing. No photographs will be shared without express permission of the individual. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the context in which it appears.

All testimonials become the property of Ezra Phoenix and FYP Press and may be used as part of the wider mission to awaken and support men on the path of sacred masculine restoration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
